As we continue our July work on Twisting, this week we will really focus on binds. In yoga, when we create knots in our body, whether physical or energetic it helps to act as a sort of dam in the flow. This compression serves its purpose when the knot is released, and like a dam breaking, the flow of energy is returned, like a cleansing wash.
